The pilot in command remains responsible for the operation and safety of the aircraft and compliance with applicable aviation laws, regulations and procedures.

5. No Safety-Critical Reliance

Recordings, GPS information, telemetry, transcripts, tags, AI analysis and other information provided through the service may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Users must not rely upon 1700 Zulu Debrief as the sole or primary source for:

7. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

9. Other Participants

A recording may contain information relating to both the student and instructor and potentially other individuals.

Users must respect the privacy and legal rights of other people.

Possession of or access to a recording does not necessarily provide the legal right to publicly distribute it.

  • knowingly represent AI-generated content as an official aviation record where it is not one.

11. Artificial Intelligence

AI-generated transcripts, summaries, classifications and debriefs may contain errors or omissions.

AI functionality is intended to assist human review rather than replace professional aviation judgement or instruction.

Users remain responsible for independently verifying information relevant to flight safety, aviation regulations and aircraft operation.
